Project Planning & Scheduling

Detailed planning and programming of remedial works to ensure each stage is completed in the correct sequence. We coordinate required trades, material lead times and site requirements to minimise delays and keep the project progressing efficiently.

Trade Coordination

Coordination of specialist contractors required to complete the overall remedial scope. This may include electricians, plumbers, concrete preparation contractors, access contractors and other trades, providing the client with one central point of contact throughout the works.

Site Supervision

Ongoing supervision of the works to ensure contractors are completing their scope in accordance with the agreed remediation strategy. We monitor sequencing, workmanship and site conditions throughout the project to help maintain a consistent standard of delivery.

Access & Logistics

Management of site access, contractor movements, equipment, material deliveries and other logistical requirements associated with the works. Particular consideration is given to occupied buildings and commercial environments to minimise unnecessary disruption.

Progress Reporting

Regular project updates and photographic reporting can be provided throughout the works to keep clients, building managers and committees informed. This provides a clear record of progress, completed stages and any additional conditions identified during the project.
